Description
After years of development, our electric drivetrain 25 kW is finally ready for pre-orders. All parts are in production and we can start shipping from our warehouse in Denmark in November/December.
This is a complete race-ready bolt-on drivetrain, meaning it includes everything needed to convert to electric. Adjustable power settings with 25 kW peak power means the drivetrain can be used in several classes from 85cc and come close to the power of a 250cc.
From hundreds of hours of testing, we have found an adequate motor setup which works for most application, however you can easily fine tune your motor settings using your smartphone. Using the E-Racing app, you can adjust the following: motor power, motor torque, throttle response, engine braking, top speed and a few more relevant parameters. The app also allows you to turn the power down to a learner level, to ensure new riders will have a good experience.
The battery is designed to last approx. 10 heats (depending on track length) with 16 kW motor power which is used for 85/125cc.
The included standard charger can charge the battery from 0-90% in 2.5 hours. A fast-charger is available which can bring charging time down to 1.5 hours. Note: if 10 heats is not enough for you, charging 10-15 min between heats can extend riding time significantly.
The standard motorplates in this drivetrain does not allow for quick swapping batteries, however a 30 sec. quick-sway battery system is available soon. Quick-sway motorplates are suitable for power levels above 16 kW (85/125 settings) or if the bike is used as a club bike with many participants.
Mission
Our goal is to make it easier for everyone to participate in the sport, so to spare you from cutting and welding, we can supply this drivetrain with a central frame from the Stuha factory (you can choose 85/125cc or 250/500 frame).
We already have several drivetrains riding around in Denmark, Sweden and Germany where they are used as club-bikes. The fact that these systems are maintenance free, means the club only has to wash the bikes and change tires.
As the drivetrain has only two moving parts and is maintenance free, we are able to provide this motorsport kit with 1 year warranty.
