Payment and Security

E-Racing ApS accepts online payments with the following credit cards:
Visa/Dankort
Mastercard

Payment will be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped from our inventory or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.

All prices on the website is in DKK without VAT.
VAT will be calculated for your country of destination at check-out.

E-Racing ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by third parties.

The website uses encryption with SSL protocol.

Delivery and Shipment

For orders which are in stock the delivery time is expected to be 3-8 working days depending on your country of destination. For orders within Denmark delivery time is 2-4 working days.

For items in backorder the delivery time is expected to be 7-30 working days. Under normal circumstances all items will be shipped together meaning items which are in stock will be shipped together with the backorder item (extended delivery time).

If you wish to receive backorder items and in-stock items separately, we recommend that you place separate orders.

E-Racing ApS corporates with PostNord for shipping of your ordered items. Freight cost is calculated based on the weight of the items and country of destination. You can choose to have your shipment sent with delivery to your home address or the nearest package shop.

You will receive a Track and Trace-number upon shipment from our warehouse which allows you to track the shipment at all times.

Our webshop is currently set up to handle shipping to the following counties:
Denmark, Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Austria, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovenia, Hungary, Croatia and Portugal.

If your country of destination is not on the above list, contact us for a manual shipping quote using the email: sales@e-racing.world.

If you regret your purchase (Withdrawal)

E-Racing ApS offers a 14 days full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14 day period starts on the day you receive your order. You are responsible for any return cost.

If you wish to return an order or items, you must notify us within 14 days after you have received the item. Furthermore, the item must be with us no later than 14 days after we are noticed of your wish to use the right of cancellation/withdrawal.

If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase you must send us an e-mail to our sales department at sales@e-racing.world. In your message clearly state that you want to use your right of withdrawal and please note the order number in the subject field.

Condition of the item you wish to return

You are responsible for the condition of the items including packaging and of the potentially decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the goods.

If the item is tested or used it is considered “used” and of decreased value. Meaning that when the purchase is canceled, you will not be refunded the full purchase amount. It is up to E-Racing ApS to evaluate the item’s condition.

Lack of conformity

A two-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act (købeloven). This right applies to defects in material and/or manufacture. Depending on the specific situation, you can have the product exchanged, your money returned or a reduction in the price.

The right of complaint does not cover any errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product.
You must complain in ‘reasonable time’ after you have discovered the defect/error. We consider one month as a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed.

The complainant waives right of complaint if the items shows visible signs of unintended use. Visible signs of unintended use includes but are not limited to the following examples of physical damage; dents, bends, deep scratches, holes, etc. Furthermore, the complainant waives right of complaint if the items has been disassembled, repaired or in any way modified.

E-Racing ApS covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

Any returns will not be accepted if they are sent using cash-on-delivery system.

Product usage

Product purchased on E-Racing ApS’s website are indented for different usage. If you plan to use any products purchased through E-Racing ApS’s website for road use you are solely responsible for complying with legal requirements of your country.
